Odin Farms, LLC

All of our products are grown with care! Our microgreens are prepped on trays with our own custom medium blend. Once the seeds are germinated, they are exposed to UV light until they are ready for harvest in 7 to 14 days. You can see many of our products in local restaurants.

Our Signature house salad:
Blend of Pea Shoots, Sunflower,
broccoli, kale, kohlrabi arugula, cabbage
On a bed of Mixed baby Mesclun lettuce

Broccoli
Mild, crunchy, dense, slightly bitter

Cilantro
crisp sweet, bright citrusy aroma, bold,
flavor finishing with robust notes of pepper and fresh cut grass

Radish
aromatic flavor; tastes like a peppery radish bulb

Sunflower
nutty flavor of raw sunflower seeds with the texture of spinach
They pack serious nutritious value while adding flavor and crunch to salads, soups, sandwiches, and dips

Pea Shoot
sweet and taste a bit like full-grown peas

Garden Mix Blend
broccoli, kale, kohlrabi arugula, cabbage
This mix is a simple blend that makes a great base for any
soup, salad or sandwich.
Has great flavor, including arugula, which gives it a mild kick.
