Reliance Health (formerly Reliance House) is a private 501(c)(3) community mental health agency with a mission of enhancing health through mental wellness. We employ over 275 individuals and partner with nearly 1,500 adults per year. Since 1976, Reliance Health has been dedicated to providing individualized programs, prevention initiatives, and support groups to promote personal and community wellness within Eastern Connecticut. Our programs help individuals find and preserve stable housing, advance educational goals, gain career experience, develop social networks, maintain employment and advance day-to-day life skills.
