GROTON, Conn.- Chelsea Groton Bank recently welcomed two new Customer Solutions Managers, Samantha Bazydlo, who will oversee the North Stonington branch, and Deborah O’Brien, who will manage the Bank’s Pawcatuck branch. “We are thrilled to welcome Samantha and Deborah to Chelsea Groton Bank. Both are incredibly passionate and dedicated to helping their customers and promoting a positive environment for everyone to succeed and reach their goals,” shared Jean McGran, Member Experience Market Manager at Chelsea Groton Bank. “We are confident they will provide strong leadership to their teams and support to our loyal customers.” Samantha Bazydlo Samantha began her banking career as a teller at Citizens Bank. She has since held branch management roles at Savings Institute Bank and Trust, and most recently, Dime Bank. In 2021, she graduated from the Connecticut School of Finance and Management. Always seeking opportunities to learn and grow, she is currently continuing her education at Three Rivers Community College. Samantha takes great pride in working with others and encouraging their success. She volunteers at Jonnycake Center of Westerly and participates in various financial education programs, including the Westerly High School Job Ready Program. She lives in North Stonington. Deborah O’Brien Deborah has held a lifelong career in banking. Most recently, she was Director, Banking Center Manager at Webster Bank. She holds an intricate knowledge of retail banking products, cares deeply about relationship building, and has a proven track record in leadership. Deborah recently moved from Fairfield to North Stonington with her husband. When she’s not at work, Deborah enjoys her time boating on the Long Island Sound with her husband.
