FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE April 14, 2022 NORWICH HISTORICAL SOCIETY HOST SECOND SATURDAY TOUR (Norwich, CT) - The Norwich Historical Society is hosting a Second Saturday Walking Tour on Saturday, May 14, 2022, at 10:30 AM. Please join local historian, Dave Oat, for a fascinating tour through the historic Yantic Cemetery. You will hear stories about the notable Norwich residents buried here, learn about Victorian era funerary practices, and discover the history behind the impressive nineteenth century monuments in the cemetery. Additionally, we may come across some voices from the past who wish to share their story. This tour is sponsored by the Norwich Historical Society and is part of our Second Saturday Tour line-up.
