The Southeastern Connecticut chapter of SCORE, Mentors to America’s Small Businesses, will present a free webinar for small business owners on Pricing Strategies. Pricing plays a critical role in the success of any small business, but owners sometimes lack confidence in setting prices. They often leave money on the table because prices are too low, or they lose a significant amount of business because prices are too high. Every business (small or large) faces this conundrum. And while there is not a “slam dunk” answer there are ways that will help you figure it out. This webinar with SCORE mentor Eric Munro will help you to explore ways to develop prices and understand the role that “value” plays in how you establish your pricing strategy. Workshop Presenter Eric Munro is a product management, sales, and marketing executive with experience in high-technology businesses, both domestically and internationally. Prior to retiring, Eric was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a telecommunications equipment manufacturer based in Meriden, Connecticut. His career also includes consulting in business management for a division of DeVry University as well as teaching graduate MBA classes where he provided his expertise on project and strategic management.
