The Southeastern Connecticut chapter of SCORE, mentors to America’s Small Businesses, will present a free Small Business webinar on “Marketing Fundamentals” with Business Executive and SCORE Mentor Margo Weitekamp. This interactive webinar is designed for individuals who do not have formal training in marketing and are interested in learning more about marketing, learning how to connect with their customers, and growing their business. This webinar will: • Show you what it takes to create customer engagement; • Help you define and refine key elements of the marketing strategy for your business; • Discuss “must-haves” for your on-line presence; • Include time for questions and feedback. Workshop Presenter Margo Weitekamp has an extensive business background in marketing strategy, marketing research, new product development and advertising. She has worked primarily in consumer goods for several major companies including BBDO, Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson. She has also owned her own Marketing Consulting business for several years. Margo currently volunteers her time to work with small businesses; she was the Chapter Chair for SCORE in Southeastern Connecticut from 2014-2020 and continues to mentor.
