Start with a Scavenger hunt in the Business sponsored Scarecrow Garden, the scarecrows are socially distanced around the garden. Enjoy Living History presenters, make a corn husk doll with Jane, learn about Colonial life with Janice and Erich of Steinhagen Pottery, watch Blacksmiths Brian Dimmock & Scott Weeks. Visit Suttler Big Bear Trading Co. and the troops from the R.I. Kingston Reds. Try the flavor of Colonial Chocolate, an authentic recipe from the 1800’s created by Chocolatier Robert Lecce who will have his chocolate available! Taste 3 Hot Chocolate recipes to select the Leffingwell recipe for 2021. Outside activities are free but we accept ‘Feed the Pot’ donations to help us heat the museum this winter! The Museum will be open for tours11am-4pm, $8, last tour starts 3pm, mask wearing indoors.
