Ms. Cowser, Executive Director of seCTer, stated “It has been a tremendous honor to serve as the Chair of the Greater Norwich Area Chamber of Commerce for the past two years. Especially over the past year, as the Chamber has provided extraordinary service to its members during the COVID crisis, the dedication of the GNACC staff and Board members has been inspiring. "I am therefore so pleased to be succeeded by Lisa Griffin. Lisa will only elevate the work that the Chamber has accomplished. She is a visionary leader who is deeply committed to the community, its many diverse businesses and to the GNACC. It is going to be a pleasure to stand in her shadow and support her, Angela, and the rest of this amazing team.” Five new members have also been elected to be added to the board of directors, representing a diversified group of professions and businesses from various sectors throughout the northern half of New London County.
