Age Groups: 3 and under; 4-7; 8-12; 13-17
Categories: Cutest, Scariest and Most Creative
Family/Group category, Every year families, siblings, etc. do coordinating costumes and can compete in this new category - 2 or more people and max of 5 (Exceptions may be made, reach out to Kelly at KCarlini.CommunityMarketing@yahoo.com to find out more), at least one of the group has to be a kid 17 or under
