I saw them at the Duck Race, and had a wonderful beet and berry salad with an innovative hazelnut salsa dressing. It was delicious, and nicely presented. They had a number of other, not your typical food truck items on offer, and they all sounded good. I will be on the lookout for them, definitely worth going out of the way to have their food!

We tried a couple of meals from this truck and another from the next I wish I remembered the other, so I could officially review both. The French Onion flat bread was tasty, but had some challenges in its execution. Each time tried to pick a piece all the cheesy deliciousness slid off the bread. Sometimes street food should be able to be eaten with out the need of a table. The chicken strips were by far the best of their meals that we tried. They were crispy and yummy.I ran into a real issue was with the $9 dish of roasted vegetables. the one leaf of roasted kale was too salty to eat. I didn't find any beets and the majority of he dish was acorn squash was sliced with the skin. If they wanted to leave the skin, maybe they could used as a bowl. Again not street food.
