I'm new to the area and needed a salon. It had been at least a year since I cut my mane at all. Jeslynne gave me just the cut I was hoping for. It is short and cute and trendy. She was happy to see reference pictures beforehand and she was super friendly throughout. I would've been interested to style it like the picture I brought in, but I think her next client had arrived and as someone who also works on a schedule with back-to-back appointments all day long, I get it. And to be very fair I didn't ask her to style it--I feel like she probably would have if I had. She definitely didn't seem stressed or hurried through the cut and paid a lot of attention to detail.

My wife visited Detail for a second time. Her first appointment, there was an overcharge which the owner immediately discovered, crediting my wife of the discrepancy. The second appointment, my wife had her hair colored and a trim. Leaving with shampoo and conditioner. It is ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS to charge 244.37 for this service! Realizing all salons suffered from Covid-19 ,does not justify these prices. Perhaps be forthright and disclose prices prior to services! The stylist never disclosed prices prior. My wife spoke with the owner twice, all to no avail. Customers beware!

A family friendly salon. The staff always accommodates my entire family. Sometimes I need something done at the last minute and Heidi and her staff always make adjustments in their schedules. I 100 percent recommend this salon.

Heidi and the team were very serious and business. I would have liked more friendly. People rarely even smiled. It was stressful instead of fun.
