Path 2 Self Wellness is a family-owned business based in the Yantic Business Plaza offering CBD products, non-toxic living, healing crystals, essential oils, and movement specialist services.

We offer many holistic, homeopathic, organic, and plant-based remedies, such as locally sourced CBD products, essential oils, crystals, supplements, one on one movement assessments, and a safe space to gain knowledge how CBD can enhance your life.

Visit us at our Gales Ferry Location for classes, special events and personal training. We offer monthly memberships, drop in classes, and five and ten class punch cards, all of which can be purchased on our website. First trial class is always free. All of our classes are open to everyone and they are tailored to each individual skill level. Everything can be modified if necessary, as injury prevention is our number one priority. Zach is a physical therapy assistant, and his entire approach is to prevent injury and meet people exactly where they are in their wellness and fitness journey.
