Jessica Thurston is an Account Manager at Alera Group, where she is responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of consulting and brokerage services to clients of various sizes, mostly in the 100 – 2,000 marketplace. As a practitioner, Jessica’s particular expertise includes strategic benefit planning, establishment and assessment of plan design and contribution strategies, communication, compliance, and group insurance market analysis. Jessica has 20 years of experience in employee benefits, including 13 years at USI Insurance Services. Jessica is a licensed Life, Accident, and Health Producer/Agent in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. She has attained the Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) designation and is a member of the Human Resources Leadership Association (HRLA) of Eastern CT. Jessica holds a B.S. degree in Business Management with a focus in Human Resources and a Minor in Psychology from Plymouth State College.
