Comcast Public Access Studios provides an opportunity for local residents to express their opinions, views and ideas through non-commercial television. We encourage them to get involved by learning how to use the equipment needed for a successful shoot in the studio or on location.

Comcast Public Access Studios in Norwich -Channel 14 reaches the towns of Norwich, Bozrah, Colchester, Franklin, Lisbon, Preston and Sprague. Over 40 hours of local programming is cablecast each week Monday through Sunday.
