Keck brings with her over 11 years of experience in events management, and most recently served as the Event & Wedding Rental Consultant for Arrow Paper Party Rental in New London. “We are very excited to have Allison join our Development team at Center for Hospice Care,” said Sean Mitchell, Director of Development. “She brings many years of local event management experience to our organization and will be an asset to our current fundraising events. She will also play an essential role in future concepts as well.” Keck holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Media Studies from Sacred Heart University, as well as an Associate’s Degree in Individualized Studies from Mount Ida College. Outside of Center for Hospice Care, Keck volunteers her time as the Team Chapter Captain for Team Red, White and Blue Groton, in memory of her late father, Chief Electronics Technician/Submarines Tony Keck, a Navy Veteran. Keck also has volunteered for the Babies Heart Run and many other community based events. In addition to her duties at the Center for Hospice Care, Keck is an avid runner and can be found running the streets of New England proudly carrying an American flag in any number of 5Ks, 10Ks and half-marathons. She is a member of the Young Professionals of Eastern Connecticut and was a member of the Class of 2016 “40 Under Forty” for Southeast Connecticut.
