I was looking for a local florist near Mystic to send flowers to a friend and was so happy to find this florist. Sue was kind and helpful from start to finish. My friend had the same experience with receiving them. The florist called ahead to ensure someone would be there to accept delivery or if there was a covered porch area. Beautiful flowers and exceptional service all around.

This review is long overdue, but work has slowed down enough for me to get the time to finally post this - as promised. This past October, I was in Connecticut working as the prop master on a film shoot for the Hallmark Channel. We were in our last week of the shoot - Sugar Plum Twist - and as with any film shoot, last minute requests are not uncommon. On this beautiful fall day of October 15th, one of those requests was for multiple long stem red roses. With only an hour to get these and after multiple failed attempts of reaching out to many local floral shops that morning, LeFrancois was the only store able to handle and make this very last minute request. These wonderful women worked their magic and were able to provide our order within the hour perfectly. Not only that, but the stems were already de-thorned and these roses were immaculate! I cannot thank these amazing ladies at LEFRANCOIS FLORAL &
GIFTS! Beyond grateful! Unfortunately, the scene in this movie where the roses were to be used got cut at the very last minute for time. These beautiful roses were still put to great use, and the executive producers and writers passed them out to the cast and crew later that evening at our wrap party. Called and placed a last minute order from California for my aunt who was recovering from surgery today. Asked them to create a bouquet that was bright and cheerful and wow did they deliver!! They sent me a picture of the flowers and it exceeded my expectations. They also deliver in a cute flower car and flowers were delivered i just a few hours . She felt so special and loved . I was inspired - by Pinterest - for a floral arrangement in the shape of a 9 and a 0. She quickly sourced the materials, designed the structure and created a beautiful arrangement. My Nana can't stop bragging about how beautiful her flowers are. Joanne went above and beyond to accommodate me with a Sunday pickup even though the shop was closed. That is STELLAR customer service. I'll be back!

I don't live in Norwich, and I'd been sending flowers to my parents for years (from a florist near Backus hospital)--assuming they were worth the money (careful, those people are the FTD link). I once made an impromptu visit a couple of days after having sent an $80. bouquet, and I couldn't believe what a measly little cluster of 3rd-rate flowers I saw (looked like a $5. bouquet from the corner market--and half dead). A friend told me to call LeFrancois, and they do an AMAZING job for the same price. Totally reputable, good people, and they do great work (creative and sophisticated) at a reasonable price. It's worth calling them directly--they deserve the business. These are good people selling a reliable product.
