Small business owners wear multiple hats and play several roles in running their business. Juggling the demands of tasks and time can be frustrating and stressful. It's a challenge when you are jumping around your tasks, meetings, running the business and handling interruptions. How do you make the right choices about how to spend your time when there never seem to be enough hours in the day?
In this workshop, SCORE mentor Eric Munro will look at the way we use the hours in a day to become more productive and manage time better. It's not the number of hours, it's the use we get out of them. We will uncover several skills that can improve productivity (and perhaps even lower your blood pressure!).
